How about the energy this week š±ā¦Has it been as intense for you as it was for me?
You know I had another email I wanted to send you, but this had to be saidā¦.
Itās ok to be tired or have setbacks or feel like youāre off your game. Growth comes in phasesā¦In fact, this week I felt like I was tying up so many loose threads.
Questions that I asked long agoā¦Iām finally getting answers to.
But that can be a lot to physically process.
And that's ok.
As peaceful as that feels in my heart, physical growth and change can feel heavy.
So I began to lean into my flow plan...this plan involves me sleeping more, opting for mellow walks over intense routinesā¦
And right in the middle of this, pop...I felt it .ā¦my entire shoulder girdle release.
It hurt so good!
I had been holding tension + limiting movement patterns in my body while going through some things emotionally.
When it finally let go, I felt really sore at firstā¦
And in the past, I would have gotten really upset, frustrated, and "angry at my body giving up on meāā¦
In the past I wouldāve said,
āUGH! Here we go again!ā
But you know what? It doesnāt derail me anymore.
ā¦Contraction follows expansion.
And that's empowering because we can follow + support our bodies wisdom.
We don't have to "live with fear" that something will happen + weāll be victims to "its" issues.
We can support + assist our bodies in integrating these changes.
Having a plan already in place, for me and my clients, is really a great feeling.
In truth, over the last few years Iāve learned to have a lot of self compassion for myself when feeling the āearthquake like aftershocksā of change move through my spine.
That, "Not this againā¦" becomes āOk body, I'm listening.. I'm here. We've got thisā¦"
I donāt know how many of you needed to hear that, but itās ok to feel off, to take time to process, or feel like itās an uphill battle right now.
But donāt stay stuck alone.
