What’s the difference between working with me in person vs. Having a customized At-Home Pilates program

AT-HOME PILATES PROGRAM
You’ll have 3, 20 minutes customized workouts to fit your needs + goals
You’ll have video + audio reference but working on your own builds independence

I create a “workout of the day” based on your needs + energy level

HOW DOES THE AT-HOME PROGRAM WORK?
The At-Home Pilates Program is a one and done 3 part system.
We use the FMS to assess your patterns to establish baseline. (Confused about what baseline means? Follow this link for a refresher. :) )
We outline your goals
I curate 3 workout routines (20 minutes each) based on your specific needs + goals….and they’re yours to keep.
As an example, I’m curating an At-Home Pilates program for one of my current students who competes in Equestrian Dressage.
After assessing her goals, needs, and patterns, the following 3 workouts were deemed appropriate :
Rehab routine (remember…Rehab is NOT easy)
Up Level routine so that she can strengthen the patterns she just rehabbed
A stretch workout to open her hips + shoulders as well as provide her a low-key workout for when she’s really sore + tired
I deliver this program in 3 formats:
Visual
Audio
Written
We all have different learning styles but combining these 3 styles of learning together allows :
Deeper understanding of your customized routines
Increased awareness in your own movement habits
Which leads to increased confidence in your body, how you exercise, and your sport
You can mix and match if you’re short on time or do all three for a 60 minute sweat. :)
