One of the questions I ask all my online program clients in our first session is,
"What gets you results the fastest?"
Every single one of them has said the same thing...
CONSISTENCY.
So the question then is, if the science is there and we KNOW short workouts are effective then…
How come we don't see results?
How come I'm not that motivated...after all it's just 30 min!
Why am I working out and still gaining or not losing?
