Results to enjoy :
Strengthens the little muscles that are laced within the spine
Core brace the center to protect your lower back
Strengthens the upper back by lifting against the downward pressure of gravity
Actively decompress the spine (decompression provides that “stretched out” feeling)
Notice the contrast in movement from reps 1 + 2 vs. reps 3 + 4.
In reps 3 + 4, I’m using my lower back. This is the exact mistake that actually leads to 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 back pain + pinching. No Bueno!
