As our quarantine anniversary draws near, I can practically taste the freedom in the air!
Like so many others, I’ve made significant shifts in my personal life and even the way I run the studio. I really wanted to share this growth with you in a few different posts over the coming weeks.
Because like anything in life, when we shift one area, it really does ripple into so many other parts of our lives...so if you have a few minutes, I’d love to share my full circle moments.
At the end of this post, I’ll share a practical shift that will hopefully serve you as you continue to create positive change this year.
But let’s go back a bit further so we can come full circle.
IN 2018, I WAS COMPETELY STUCK!
No matter how much I tried, I couldn’t get back in shape after my pregnancy.
I ate perfectly
I worked out everyday
I stopped eating all sugar
No alcohol whatsoever
But to no avail. It was so frustrating!! Can you relate?
Then I got honest with myself about something I had been personally avoiding…
My marriage was over. We had been living alone, together.
I didn’t want it to be true and it took me a long time to come to terms with it.
Amidst the pain that accompanied this truth, identifying my true stuck point really got me thinking…
As soon as I admitted the truth:
I dropped weight like a stone!
I started enjoying pleasures like red wine and yummy treats again!
I was absolutely LOVING my body!
Sometimes the shift that needs to take place is intense, sometimes it’s a simple tweak…
THE TRUTH IS, YOUR SOLUTION IS HIDING IN PLAIN SIGHT.
